Yoshitsune Combat Jujitsu is a stand up and ground submission art using three levels of fighting: Standing, kneeling, and groundwork. Fitness
There are five basic human movement patterns: push, pull, squat, hinge, and carry. Along with these patterns we use power based moves and time under tension principals. Utilizing sandbags, kettle bells, dumbells, hammers, Indian clubs and body weight movements, we put together a fitness program that can not only make you stronger and more powerful, but it can put you into a fighter's fitness level.
