This can be fitness, self defense, martial arts, or any combination. This is just you and our instructor, all about you and your goals.
Class duration is 30 min. Suggested that you wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in, fitness shoes, and fitness gloves if you are doing
a fitness class.

Functional Fitness Class
Mon -Fri, 8:00am

This is an At home/Online only class. All skill levels are welcome. The goal of this class is to be "Functional"(i.e. the ability to preform your daily tasks in a more efficient manner using loaded movements that you might find in your daily life.) This class is a combination of Sandbags, dumb bells, kettle bells, and body weight movements. It focuses on strength work combined with cardio-metabolic conditioning work. You can do this class either at our facility or at home, it is design so that 80% of the programmed movements can be preformed with equipment in your own home gym. Some suggested equipment are, Sandbags(we like the Strongfit sandbags personally), a few dumb bells and kettle bells, a jump rope, a pull up bar, and a set of gymnastic rings(or TRX straps).

Along with utilizing kettle bells, dumbbells, sandbags and body weight movements to develop a fighter's fitness level, skill and physique, so that you not only get a great workout, but also learn basic sport and self defense.
